    • Ha! I don’t know where ladybugs go in winter…this shot is from earlier this year – end of May to be exact. Sigh. I sure do miss May! Thanks, Truels! :-)

      Isn’t s/he?? I thought so. I swear it was getting very annoyed with me when I was shooting! All s/he wanted to do is bask in the warm sun and I go and stick a huge lens in it’s face! :D

    • You caught me! Saved from warmer weather…I’ve looked at this shot soooo many times and just couldn’t think of anything clever to post with it. When I saw it today and noticed the red and green, well, the post basically wrote itself!

  11. I like how you used blur and the light to create the chiaroscuro effect. For me, Christmas has never been about snow. I think its gorgeous.
