“Tree of Life” (Icon of Disney’s Animal Kingdom) Nikon D300, 10.5mm F/2.8G Fisheye, F/16, 1/320S, ISO 500, Built-in Rear Curtain Flash, -1.0EV

Still playing with the fisheye lens! I love what it does for landscape shots!

Not the best light in which to shoot the Tree of Life at the heart of Disney’s Animal Kingdom but it was the only chance I was going to have (this trip).

Soooo, I did the best I could knowing the image was going to require a bit (okay, alot) of finishing in post to correct for too much overall contrast.

That is what happens when you try to capture something this detailed at high noon on a very sunny day!
