It’s easy to forget just how amazing the Main Street Railroad Station is at the Magic Kingdom. (It’s hard to compete with Cinderella’s castle!)
This image is a perfect example of how timing is everything.
My first attempts at obtaining a photograph was right in the morning as we entered the park. Bad idea. Just too many folks in the way as everyone wanted their picture taken in front. To avoid strangers’ heads in my photo, I was forced to exclude the poinsettia Mickey!
Didn’t think too much about it until we were leaving the park around 1:15 pm.
With the scene pretty much all to myself, I could now achieve the shot with all its holiday glory!
