When you see to what extent Disney decorates for Halloween, I’m a bit embarrassed to admit I didn’t even put out a single pumpkin this year! 🙂

  1. That looks gorgeous!
Don’t feel bad… the only pumpkin that we have (not even out, it’s in the dining room) is the one Sara decorated. Melissa’s got all fuzzy and had to be thrown away a week before Halloween. All our other Halloween decorations stayed packed away, too, this year. I don’t even know where they are LOL

And as far as Disney… when you consider the fortune they charge just for you to walk through the gates, they certainly can afford to go all out! I’d rather see them cut back just a little, and make the admission to their parks more affordable instead.

    • Thanks, M!

LOL! Poor Mel…I’m sure Sara has been rubbing it in, too. 🙂

Yeah, that is why we’re annual pass holders!! 🙂

  2. They sure do push the boat out when it comes to decorating don’t they… They must plan these things months if not more in advance… Love the shot too..

    • Most certainly, yes! You are correct…anything Disney plans is months out. You’d be amazed at all the rehearsals they do for all the holiday shows, parades, etc.

      Thanks, Bri! 🙂

  3. I think this is an amazing shot! I love night photography and this is a primo example! When it comes to anything, Disney doesn’t know how to do anything but first class!! I think that’s what draws so many people. Great job.

  4. Wow this is a beautiful shot, could be postcard

  5. I got so many photos the night of the Halloween party. Now, it seems a bit passe to post them now. Somehow I’ll sneak some in.

This is a nice one of the train station. By now it’s already been switched over for the Christmas holiday.

    • I would have been in photo-overload at the Halloween Party! So much to see and do (and shoot!)

Thanks, Scott. Yes, you are so very right. I think the first Christmas Party is November 8th…

  6. Love this shot! Excellent colours and symmetry.
I’m exactly the same when it comes to decorating for Halloween! Never done the halloween thing!

    • Merci, Kai! 🙂

Now, if you want to talk Christmas, well, that’s a completely different story!
