After hours of clearing snow, there is nothing like sinking your spoon into a piping hot crock of turkey pot pie.

"Comfort Food" (Turkey Pot Pie with Phyllo Crust)

A lighter version of the standard, this one is chuck full of veggies and chunks of Monday night’s leftover roast turkey, topped with layers of flaky phyllo.

Yum-ohhhhhhhhh- so-good! 🙂
